About PLOW

Public Library on Wheels (PLOW) is a literacy initiative of the Stratford Public Library that addresses the low literacy level in children throughout Stratford and area.  Specifically, it delivers preschool & toddler reading programs, age appropriate lending collections, and knowledgeable support staff to local communities currently underserviced by traditional library facilities.
