Tips Have you ever wondered what the F keys on the top of your keyboard are for? They have many useful functions and are usually associated with shortcuts which differ depending on the program you are running. When using Microsoft Word you may use the F1 key to access the office assistant which is capable of answering questions regarding the program. Try opening a blank Word document and trying out the remaining F keys to discover other available shortcuts.
