The Stratford Public Library wants to help you get comfortable using different technologies.

Tech Tutors

Technology Tutors are  available on the main floor of the library three times a week  for drop-in help sessions, first come first served.
Having trouble with ebooks? Looking to adjust your privacy settings on Facebook?  Interested in learning how to do a certain formula in Excel? Our Tech Tutors will be able to help, and it's free! 

Tech Tutors are available during the following times: 

  • Tuesday 10:30am - 12:30pm 
  • Wednesday 4:00pm - 6:00pm
  • Saturday 10:30am - 12:30pm

NOTE: We cannot help you resolve hardware issues, set up your devices, resolve virus infections or make house calls. Tech Tutors will not be in the library on Long Weekends. 

 


Tech Help @ SPL

SPL can help you get comfortable with all sorts of technology.  We offer one-on-one time with members of our tech team to help you learn about computer basics, the internet, email, work processing and social media services like Twitter, Facebook and SnapChat.  Learn how to access and play with our eResources including eBooks, eReaders, audiobooks, databases, magazines, the library catalogue and apps.  Bring your own tablet, laptop or smartphone or you can use one of ours.
