Public Computers & Internet

At the Stratford Public Library we provide FREE access to computers and the Internet to those of all ages.

For adults, we have 8 Internet stations which also have chat, word processing and spread sheet capabilities.  They can be used for 1 hour per day per person and require a valid library card to reserve a station.  Printing is $0.10 per page.  These computers are on the main floor and are available for those ages 13 and up.  Click here for the Acceptable Use Policyand for Sign-Up Procedures. Visitors can obtain visitor card passes during their stay.

For children, we have 2 Early Literacy Stations designed for preschoolers and those in early years of school. They provide fun and exciting games that help the children learn to read. We also have 4 stations full of fun games, and guided Internet.  These computers can be used for an hour per day per child, and printing is free up to 5 pages (additional copies available at $.10 per page).  These terminals are for children aged 12 and younger.

There is also a resume writing terminal located on the lower floor.  It can be used for 2 hours per day and printing is $0.10 per page.

Wireless Internet

Wireless Internet is available to those with their own wireless laptops on the main (Adult) floor fo the Library.   When using a wireless connection in the library you must abide by our Acceptable Use Policy. There is no printing available for wireless computers at the Library.
